Today I went on my field trip to the movie theatre. Dunno how long it took us all to get there even though we took a long way to the theatre. We all got there about 5-10 minutes early for the film Passchendaele. So we all used our free pre movie time to go buy drinks and snacks at the food court. I stopped at New York Fries and got jumbo fries and a large root beer to have since I didn't bring any lunch. Had to get into the theatre at 12:15 since the film started around that time. The movie wasn't listed on any of the rooms in the theatre, so the one that we went into said High School Musical 3 above the doorway. For a minute, I thought we were going to see HSM3 but thank god that wasn't the case. I had to sit through HSM2 last year thanks to some relatives, Disney and the Family Channel and I wasn't about to sit through the next one. So the movie was great despite dragging on in some areas.
Haven't done much else for the rest of the evening...

I couldn't write yesterday because my internet connection was down last night. Last night I watched the Japanese film Spirited Away (Japanese: Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi, Trans: The Spiriting Away of Sen and Chihiro). It's one of my Intro Japanese 11 teacher's all time favorite movie. I thought it was a great film, it had a story line I had never seen in my life and the artwork was great. Mind you, I watched it in Japanese with English subs.
Today I went on a field trip to UBC's Canopy Walk and Botanical Garden Tour. I had to walk across all these bridges that were small in width and very wobbly for the Canopy Walk. The teachers told us that the bridges were suspended 300 feet above the ground- which scared the crap out of me because I'm somewhat scared of heights. I just imagined it as one bridge that went from side to another with a huge width. Turned out to be 7 wobbly bridges with very small width. So wobbly I actually thought at one point it would tip over on one side and I'd fall out. Thankfully that didn't happen. After that we all went to The Old Spaghetti Factory for lunch and we all ended up having the Spaghetti special with bread, salad, spaghetti, pop and ice cream. The meal was okay even though I don't really like spaghetti much. Then we went ice skating- something I hadn't done for about 6-8 years. I managed to catch onto that very fast. I did wipe out though once. Alot of guys were using the trainer equipment. I did use the trainer equipment, but only for a few minutes...
Then I went home tired off my ass...

The Theme Statement of My Life
The theme statement of my life is Dorothy's lesson from The Wizard of Oz "If I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own backyard- because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with". The message of the statement is don't go selfishly go off in search of something because it is already there. But we don't know this because we never bother to look within where we are because it is easier to go and find it elsewhere (and sometimes in the wrong places) rather than find it where we already are (within home). There are times that I wish I lived elsewhere or wondered what it would be like if I had a different family (sometimes I do wish I had a different family but not different parents) because I might complain about how much I don't like a certain aspect or two about my current life but when I read and see things about different people around the world, I start to realize how much luckier and better off I am right now than those people. Even if my family is dysfunctional, I wouldn't trade my parents for anyone else in the world or my family. I've already got a good family who loves me thanks to my parents, the less dysfunctional parts of my family and some of the dysfunctional people in my family. I already have a good education, even if school can be difficult and feels unfair on some levels. I don't always need what I don't have because I already have it in some ways than none.

Today I had to go for a hair trim and then I went all over the place to find any used GBA games at any store that might sell them. I'm looking for Pokemon LeafGreen/FireRed to update my National Dex in Pearl. So far, no luck...
I've started looking for video game store addressess on google maps...hopefully that will bring something...
Watched The Wizard of Oz on DVD, I've seen it so much over the years and it never gets old for me. The best part? "If I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own backyard- because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with"

Well today was actually better than I thought. Today I actually didn't have to my english presentation and I didn't have to do my gym class test. I did go to school in my halloween outfit, which was a vampire outfit complete with fake blood on the side of my mouth...
I also went to work in my vampire costume because if we dressed up at work we could win a gift card prize from $50-100. The only thing that dampered my work day was some customer being a semi bitch to me after I offered to go back and find a bin number for her product after I couldn't find it the 1st time. No, I don't take kindly to people being outright bitchy to me when I'm doing them a service!
So I've started mating an Eevee (Eievui) with a Ditto (Metamon) and so far I've got 2 eggs from the Solaceon Town (Zui Town) daycare. I'm hoping to breed enough Eevees to evolve them into their other forms. So far, I have Eevee and Glaceon. I'm hoping to get the others

We had to stand outside and do it, which is the same procedure for our fire drills (which usually end up being unpredictable because people have pulled the alarm on purpose).
During the fire drill, I spent my time on my 1st attempt battling the Elite 4, by the time I made my way half way through I had to go to next class...
2nd attempt: Well I blew through the Elite 4 and the champ Cynthia (by a nose). Now I am Sinnoh's champ, I have now gotten a dex update and migrated 6 Pokemon from Hoenn and broke my rivals record of 2000 points- I have at least 3000 something points...
I am now up to some REAL fun!! Wheeeeeeeeeee!

My mom and I went out for Japanese food yesterday and got a bento box special each, unfortunatley neither of us could finish them so we took it home and it ended up as my dinner today. Still great as when we ordered it...
So today is the end of my long weekend...wahhh...too fast!!
Tommorow I have nothing to do hopefully... I have a school project to work on. It's a map about the Road to Democracy. I combined a bunch of Democratic world nations (Canada, Japan (The Hokkaido region), South Korea, South Africa and Israel) in a HUGE "Hybrid Country" of sorts. I've ended up making the Hokkaido region the size of a magazine, so I ended up taping together 4 pieces of blank paper and taped the whole thing on my wall so I can draw Hokkaido the right way using an online map of the region. I used an atlas for the other countries...
So I used Spain and Poland (two other Democracies) and created a medium sized island.
Well I gotta go...
See ya!

I know I posted 2 entries today but I had to make one talking about yesterday and one for today to avoid having to wait for a new keyboard to write again... For now, I'll just be writing my blog entries on paper and then typing them onto here until I get that new keyboard...
Ginga-dan= Galactic gang = Team Galactic
Nagisa City = Sunyshore City
Denzi = Volkner
I have the Pearl game right now and I just defeated Cyrus and the others from Team Galactic with my game rival (my game rival/friend’s name is Martin and my game name is Bella) and captured Palkia just using 3 of 99 Ultra Balls after having weakened it enough using a lv. 74 Torterra (Nickname: Dodaitose). I defeated the two Galactic Grunts (with Martin) using Dodaitose mostly. I beat Cyrus using Dodaitose and a (now) lv. 61 Luxray (Nickname: Shinichiro- after Shinichiro Miki). With Pokemon at levels that high, wiping out Team Galactic is a piece of cake. My new gameplan is to defeat Volkner using Shinichiro and Dodaitose. Maybe Palkia once I see what it’s capable of…
I do watch the show and have lots of Pokemon items, movies, a lot of the games, cards and 2 soundtracks. I used to watch the show back when I was a lot younger and when “Gotta Catch em All!” and “Pokemon World” were the themes. Boy do I miss those days… Nowadays, it’s on before I go to school so I don’t really have the time to watch the new series. When I do watch it, it’s mostly online and I watch the Japanese episodes- ALOT. The best thing about the Japanese episodes are the opening and closing themes along with the voices. I’ve fallen in love with Nyarth no Uta (ニャースのうた, Trans: Meowth’s Song). My all time favourite ending is the Pokemon Ondo (Poke/Poke/ Pokemon Ondo/Ich ni no san de getto de yoi yoi). Poketto ni Fantajī (ポケットにファンタジー Trans: Fantasy in my Pocket)

Yesterday I cleaned my room, which ended up turning my computer all wonky. My computer mouse and keyboard work on a wireless connection and for some reason when I took the little USB hooked connector down it disconnected for some odd reason. I had to call a computer company for help and of course I didn’t get any. To top it off, I can only do web surfing just using a spare mouse. If I ever log out of here, youtube or elsewhere, I’m screwed. I need buy a spare keyboard with a wire so that I can still write here on a consistent basis. I had to type this and the 2nd entry on a library computer…
